House for Sale, an unusual offering
Sent in by Deborah of Touchstone:
Dear Hearts in the Circles of Circles
of the far and wide Touchstone Community
We are seeking to sell the White Colonial Home
that is a part of the Eco-Village at Touchstone.
It is a true Colonial, built about 1812. It has five bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, living room, large south-facing glassed-in heated sun porch room, attached carriage house studio. Most of the rooms have colonial style fireplaces. It sits on a quarter acre of land nestled next to the woods and also co-owns (with the village) about seven acres of orchard, fields, gardens and woods.
We are seeking for someone who would either desire to live in it, or some one who would like to purchase it as an investment property and have us manage the rentals of the rooms in it. The funds from room rentals would most likely cover the full cost of a normal monthly mortgage.
We paid $395,000 for the colonial home.
If you are interested? Or if you know of some one who would be interested? And would like to explore further?
Please do contact Deborah either at this email address or at Deborahawakening@yahoo.com or at Deborah’s phone --- 413-230-6248.
