Free Acupuncture Day at Many Rivers Community Acupuncture

Many Rivers Community Acupuncture, an affordable acupuncture clinic with a sliding scale of $15 - $35 per treatment, will host a Free Acupuncture Day on Saturday, June 23 from 10 am to 2 pm. Free acupuncture treatments will be provided for all new patients. Call (860) 683-0011 to schedule your free appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Many Rivers will also be collecting donations to support Foodshare at the Free Acupuncture Day and during the week of June 23 - 29. Foodshare’s mission is to end hunger as a part of the overall community effort to alleviate poverty in greater Hartford. Every $30 we raise for Foodshare will provide enough food for one of our hungry neighbors for an entire month.

Many Rivers is part of the community acupuncture movement, which is working to make health care affordable and accessible. Acupuncture can be effective for all kinds of pain, including back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, carpal tunnel, and heel pain. Acupuncture can also help with anxiety, depression, insomnia, digestive problems, allergies, gynecological issues and many other conditions.

The clinic is located at 44 Bloomfield Avenue in Windsor center. For more information, contact Carrie Sawtell, L.Ac. at (860) 683-0011 or go to http://www.manyriversacupuncture.com.
