From fasts and juice diets to colonics, body detoxification comes in many forms – some of them taxing on the body. If you’re looking for a more gentle, yet still highly effective method for cleansing the body of impacted waste and toxins, consider an all natural herbal fiber cleanse. When combined with soothing and stimulating digestive herbs, fiber is a great way to detoxify the body.
You're invited and I'll be there, too
I’d like to ask you to consider attending the Whole Health Expo with me this coming spring. It’s good for your health, after all. The Expo will be at the Clarion Hotel in Northampton, on the weekend of April 21 and 22. Many Hands will be there, and so will many of this region’s holistic health professionals. I always have a terrific time at the show, and I’m confident that you would, too. Moreover, attending a show like the Whole Health Expo can be the stimulus for getting started on a new regimen aimed at greater wellness. That’s a good thing, a very good thing.
I’ll speak in more detail about what to expect in our spring issue, but in the meantime, you can find information about the show at www.wholehealthexpo.com and at www.manyhands.com. By the way, I usually wear a little maroon badge with my name and “Many Hands.” Please say hello.
I also wanted to make sure that you know about the calendar of events that we maintain at www.manyhands.com/calendar. You’ll find events of all types there, arranged by date. It’s searchable text, too. If you or your group has a free health (body, mind, spirit) event you’d like to publicize, we are happy to list it for you for free. You can just email the info to me at paris@manyhands.com.
To those of you who mentioned how much you liked hearing about my grandmother and her Tarot history in the last edition, thanks for the kind words. Speaking of the last edition, yes, you can get free copies of our back issues going back about four years from us. The easiest way is to stop by between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays at our little office inside the Gazette building on Conz Street. Enjoy them in good health.
