Sandor Katz, author of The Revolution Will Not Be Microwaved and The Art of Fermentation will be leading a workshop aimed at teaching the value of fermenting foods at the Rowe Center, March 29-31. Participants will learn the biology of fermentation and get hands-on experience. www.rowecenter.org for more information.
James Wanlass, known for his “Voyager Tarot,” will offer participants a “Way of Life” for realizing their spiritual and material hopes at the Rowe Conference Center (www.rowecenter.org), April 5-7, 2013.
Wanlass argues that we need to live “eco-nomically” and become change-able to achieve a healthy and whole life. The problems we face in the 21st century are demanding, says Wanlass.
Based upon James’s recent book, Sustainable Life: The New Success, this weekend course will serve as credit toward becoming a first-ever Certified Sustainability Coach.
James Wanless, PhD, was a distinguished university professor of political science in the Middle East when he experienced a life-threatening illness that led to a spiritual transformation. Today he is known as a “corporate shaman,” a futurist, and an authority on sustainability, intuition, and personal growth who lectures and consults throughout the world. In addition to his “Voyager Tarot” deck and book Sustainable Life, he is the author of Way of the Great Oracle, Strategic Intuition for the 21st Century, and Intuition@Work.
